Concierge service was extremely helpful. Also restaurant service. My kids and I enjoyed the harp concerts and the flowers. The room was spacious and clean. Also the bathroom. The pools were clean and the service was good.

Food and especially beverages were overpriced. 40 Dirhams for a smoothie, 22 for ice cream... too much! Some service people were pushing me for a good review which is an attitude I dislike. Compared with my first visit in 2006, the amenities and the food were of much worse quality now. Too bad! The beach is not nice! It is not save for children and you can only look at the construction site.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and always helped us if needed. The food was excellent, varied cuisine, everyone would choose something. The pool is beautiful and the surroundings around it. Rooms were greatly cleaned every day. Kanaya has always shown us the show and always left the animal as a nice surprise in the bedroom.

Big difference in external and internal temperature. The day is very cold. The beach is not according to the idea, I missed the sea view.

Thanks to the crew at raha beach hotel!! The nice scent at the enterance always made us feel like home (cinnamon and ginger bread I think?) The receptionist Stephan offered us a smooth transition to our stay!! He welcomed us and gave us easy access to a ready room instead of waiting for the real check in time at 3 which made us rest after a long trip to enjoy the concert which made all the difference in our trip driving from Dubai! He also was kind enough to print us the tickets and save us a lot of headache! The stay was amazing and the room was clean and spacey! Plus the location next to the mall was very convenient for quick bites and snacks! I will totally recommend it for friends and family and I will definitely come back and visit again! Hotel and beach clean, staff friendly. The buffett-dinner in sevilla-restaurant was very good, great choice, very good natural salads , always 9 or 10 kinds (!), marvelous desserts.

Drinks too expencive, restaurant and all other public rooms : Aircondition too cold !!! Visitors from Europe are coming to UAE to enjoy the worm climate during cold season in Europe. They do not come to become frozen !!

Everything! It was an amazing hotel, facilities were fantastic, food was lovely everyday, met the chef and we praised him for the quality, the service of the staff was faultless.
